Complaints Policy

  • Complaints regarding pizzas must be made on the day the order is fulfilled. K2+ Pizza Slough reserves the right to accept complaints only if the customer reports an issue with the order (such as a defective pizza). A complaint will only be considered if at least 60% of the product is returned. Complaints must be reported directly to the pizzeria staff at the time of pickup or no later than the day of delivery. To process a complaint, the customer must present the receipt as proof of purchase.
